1.Is the hair 100% unprocessed human hair?

   Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.As it is 100% human hair,it can be straightened (except curly hair), curled, colored and bleach. As a general rule it’s easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.

2.How long does u hair last?

   This hair can last for a very long time under good care. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then it will last much longer.

3.What color is the hair, I wasn't able to select a color during the checkout process?

   1B (natural black) - is ONLY available Which is the unprocessed color.

4.How Much Does Each Bundle Weight?

   Each bundle weighs 3.5 ounces/100 grams.

5.How many bundles do I need to make a full head?

   For the short hair,it may need 2-3 bundles;and for the long hair,it may need 3-4 bundles.If you are not sure how many bundles for your full head,please feel free to contact us.

6.Will this hair hold curls well?
 

   Yes!Our hair can hold curls beautifully!We have some tips below:

1.Find correct temperature for hair curling.We will suggest you raise the temperayure little by little to test it out.

2.Time control is very important,we will suggest let the wand/curly sits on the hair around 8~10 seconds with proper temperature.

3.Appply some hair speay will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.

7.How the hair is measured?
The straight textures are measured true to length. The curly,body wave,loose wave and deep wave are measured when hair is pulled straight.

2.How long will it take to receive my order?
   

   We use express shipping such as fedex/dhl/ups 3-4days to usa 4-5days to most other country,Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.

3.What is your return policy?
   

   LAKIHAIR offers a 30-day Quality Guarantee on all of our products. Your can try, dye, and style our hair any way you want. If your don't like it, your can exchange it for a replacement or return it back to us for refund.Please be kindly noted that the hair that you send back to us can be secondary sold and we can offer you a full refund or a new replacement,otherwise,we will offer you a partial refund or you need to pay extra money to get the new replacement,because the hair need to be reworked,so it will cost extra money.And the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer if there is no quality issues .Thanks for your kind cooperation and hope you can understand.

4.I received the wrong item in my delivery. What do I do?
 

   If you have received the wrong item, please call/email us with your Order Number,Product Name & Size and pics. All of the above must be submitted to sales@lakihair.com or call 189-2424-7456, so that our Customer Service team can check and confirm it.Please do not worry about it,we will solve the matter for you ASAP.

Customs And Import Duty
In general,there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs.if unfortunately,your order need to clear customs tax,and you need to clear it,and please contact with us directly first. We will do our best to solve the matter for you,please do not worry about it.

1.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However,before your order being shipped,we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address.
